You can read the full plan, appendices and design guidelines on the parish council referendum page.
This campaign encouraging residents to vote YES is being run by Mark Miller and Kate Marshall on behalf of the Broad Hinton, Winterbourne Bassett & Uffcott Neighbourhood Forum. After all the work that has gone into the plan, the referendum is our community's chance to give it real weight in local planning decisions.
Questions, or want to help spread the word before polling day? We'd love to hear from you.
